Mr. E and Ms. Mayra really took their time with me and made everything make sense. There was some sticky situations due to covid that caused closing to be delayed. Ms. Mayra told me everything was going to be fine, she made sure i felt comfortable even when I was freaking out. They both got me a great home one beyond my wildest dreams in all honesty. Im really speechless and they got me where i wanted to be.

I must say that I have not really considered purchasing a home before because I didnt know much about the process but after speaking to Miss Claudia She has added tremendous amount of knowledge as to how the process works . We had a good experience, Mr Emanuel & his staff was very helpful, polite & courteous we were in our a home in a timely manner. Mr Emanual is a Christian man & was very positive he prayed with us & for us. My realtor was very helpful as well. Everyone worked around the clock to ensure all issues were addressed. It was a team effort & we were pleased with the results.

Mr. Offong and his team helped me buy my first home . I had doubt about ERO lending doing 500 score for a VA loan when I saw their sign ,especially when every lender I spoke with before seeing their ADs was doing 620 and up . ERO Lending and the whole team took a good of me until my loan was closed . When my file was submitted to the UW , underwriter came back with my loan approval and asked me to pay for the old judgement I had for about $6k . When Mr Offong brought it to my attention , I told them I did not have that type of money to any judgment before I close , that they should forget about the whole deal. To my surprise , Mr. Offong and the Relator that he'd referred me to asked the underwriter, if it was ok for them to help me pay for the judgment at the closing with the proceed from their commission, and my underwriter agreed and they paid my judgment for me in FULL at closing and I was super happy .They made way less than what they were to make after they paid my judgment for me . I have referred folks to them and I will be giving every VA I see their business cards to call them

It’s really amazing how much Mr.Emanuel worked so hard to help my family and I become home owners. Mr. Emanuel kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. In the beginning I had doubts that I would be able to own a home because of my debt issues. I looked for a company to run my credit report few months after I got here & a saw that Houston is a great place to settle, grow and possibly retire in. I went on the internet , and found many businesses offering credit score reports, but their prices were very high for just a credit check , thank God erolending was way cheaper, and encouraging. they said to just come that they will even show me how to improve my credit score over few months and they sure did and i am glad I did went . I have continued to use them ever since every other year to monitor my credit score , and I will definitely use them as my mortgage broker when i am ready to purchase real estate in Texas.

They got our loan done when others said they could but couldn't. Our new house is great and my kids are happy because Erolending got it done! Only thing I think they could improve on is communication. Other than that it was a good experience.

I have worked with this company many different times as a realtor, they will do anything to help a client close. I had one time where the client did not have enough funds to close and they were willing to give up some of their commission to help this person get into their home. I have also had them offer to help a client get their credit score where it needs to be FOR FREE. They are great and go above and beyond the call of duty.

They were great. Super helpful, they understood what I was looking for in a home. I would recommend them to anyone, I have sent a couple of my college friends their way and they were even able to help them. They helped me find a house in AUSTIN TX !
